Brought our 2500 Mercedes Sprinter here after being serviced at Mercedes just couple months back before our travels. Finding out that a majority of the work Mercedes had already done would have to be done "again" because of an reoccurring problem that seemed to not have been fixed.... Thankfully with the help of Troy, Chance and the team at All German we were able to get back out on the road safe and sound. They treated us like family in a time of devastation. Truly appreciated all there help and understanding. Thank you!

I called in asking a question about rotors and Stella asked all the right questions to try and help me. Based on my answers, Stella encouraged me to stop by, free of charge, for a quick look. It only took a couple minutes but it put my mind at ease. Thank you so much for that. Ryan, the tech, was kind and explained what I thought was going to be a huge problem was actually normal (I know nothing about cars and I couldn’t find the answer online). This level of customer service would have cost me $100+ at the dealership who has yet to return my call. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle in to be serviced by them moving forward.

Troy and his team are professionals!! I had an emergency appointment since my drive from San Jose, I had developed a bad front end rattle. They eagerly listened and looked at it and were able to tighten up my front end at no charge. Dave is a really good tech who took the time to listen to my detailed explanation since I usually work on the car myself. He was able to quickly diagnose and I was on my way. I hope I don’t have such issues making the long trip down again but now I know I have a trust worthy team in AGA to look at my car if I need anything done.

I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a 2013 SL550. I normally do business with Mercedes Benz of Escondido, but they were booked. So I took a chance with All German Auto. Chance and Stella were excellent!!!!! I truly felt like they wanted what was best for me and the vehicle. Chance's knowledge of the car and how he showed so much pride in his craft was extremely comforting. I later purchased the car and had All German Auto perform some needed repairs and a service. I will no longer be doing business with Mercedes Benz of Escondido.

I recently brought my 1988 Porsche 911 for a complete overhaul. She had been sitting for a few years and needed some love. These guys are the best. Quick turn around. Local Business. Great Pricing. I used All German Auto, as recommended by our guy, Matt, at Firestone in Vista. Firestone attempted to remove my BMW X1 wheel locks for a routine tire rotation and unfortunately they were unsuccessful on one of the locks, leading to a damaged rim. Thankfully, they replaced the rim on their dime, and recommended All German, as they have a tool that the previous owner created, specifically for this task. Our guy was even able to speak with Troy, to assure that the same thing wouldn't occur. Within 20 minutes, they got the lock removed and replaced it with a standard bolt, for less than $100. We will keep their information if the need arises. Thank you for serving during this pandemic.

Great team of experts that take car of your car and have a heart for all brands I love. Mostly available within 1-2 days and short turnover of repairs and maintenance. Communicative and professional.
