Dan Reeves

All German Service Manager
  • Lead the AGA team and has always gone out of his way to ensure every repair meets or beats AGA expectations.
  • He has more than a decade of experience as a Service Advisor, having worked at Mercedes Benz of San Diego, Heinz-Gietz Autohaus, and Hoehn Mercedes.
  • His hometown is San Diego, CA, currently living in Vista. Dan enjoys working on his own cars in his spare time.
  • Master certification from Mercedes Benz and has always excelled and outperformed in all Mercedes Benz factory training. In addition to his Mercedes training he also has multiple automotive training certifications.

  • Chance is extremely detail oriented. A perfectionist always concerned about the final product and puts our customers first. His vast knowledge of German vehicles is stunning. He is always happy to engage with customers, giving them a great feeling about their individual repairs.

Ryan Carpenter

  • Master Certified at Hoehn Mercedes Benz with specialty school training spanning over 10 years
  • Over 20 years as a German auto repair technician
  • Previously owned and operated Carlsbad Exclusive Auto in Carlsbad before joining our AGA Family.
  • Ryan was born in Illinois and moved to California in 1990. He moved to AZ and attended UTI while working at Phoenix Motor Company as a Lube Technician. Ryan moved back to California in 1997 and began a journey that made him one of our top technicians. Ryan owned his own shop for 12 years, specializing in the repair of BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche.

Daniel Reyes

  • He is a graduate of UTI (UNIVERSAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTE) AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM.
  • Joined ALL GERMAN AUTO in March 2021 and came over to ALL AUTO in November 2021.

Daniel grew up in Escondido, CA where he still resides. He has great positive energy and loves a good challenge. He has immersed himself in learning the automotive trade, primarily working on Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, and Audi. Daniel enjoys watching youtube videos about cars.

  • Mechanical engineering background
  • El Paso Community College - Transmountain Campus - EPCC TM, El Paso, TX.
  • Over 11 yrs experience as a German Auto repair technician.
  • Enthusiastic and well organized with a solid background in mechanics. Specializing in Audi, VW and Porsche Hard working, multi-tasking with outstanding customer service.
  • Offering excellent communication and computer skills. Meets deadlines.

Free time enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with his 9 yr old daughter.

Erick Talamantes

  • Erick graduated from UTI (United Technical Institute) in 2018, specializing in auto and diesel.
  • He quickly gravitated towards German Vehicles soon after graduating and has been specializing in hi line automobiles.
  • As a member of our team, he is our Porsche specialist.

In Erick's free time he likes to spend time on his ATV's and competing in Baja races.

  • Has worked at All German Auto for over 5 years.
  • He is currently an apprentice technician training under Ryan to become a fully certified tech here at All German Auto
